Does anybody know which parameters are for the startup-sequence?
I want to reduce the amount of pellet when making a cold startup.

Re: Sekvens Meny
Write down the values in the sekvens meny.libi skrev:Does anybody know which parameters are for the startup-sequence?

Run a cold start-up and take the time on every part of the sequence.
and at the same time check what it does.
I have not found any description in the manual, perhaps check with
a installationcompany.

Could this adjustment be accessable in a hidden service meny (special password required)?libi skrev:Does anybody know which parameters are for the startup-sequence?

Re: Sekvens Meny
the code is 65, to the sekven meny (0) change the value to 65, after it has stopped blinking, go right and you will find the valuesStugsittaren skrev:Could this adjustment be accessable in a hidden service meny (special password required)?libi skrev:Does anybody know which parameters are for the startup-sequence?

Hello Libi
I have the following settings in my sequence menu
Cold start, time1, 3 min, displayed as 1K
fan1, 3 min
ignition1, 100 %
time2, 6 min
Start phase 2, 50% , displayed as 2K
time3, 4 min
time4, 0 min
Start phase 4, 0 % displayed as 4K (will not occur when 0%)
time5, 3 min displayed as 5K
time6, 5 min
Start phase6, 20 % displayed as 6K
time7, 8 min displayed as 7K
Hot start
time1V, 60 s displayed as 5V
Stop
time1S, 120 s displayed as STOP
This is how I think it works (possibly not completely correct):
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Time1 is how long the burner is feeding pellets before starting the fan and ignition starts
Fan1 is how long time the fan and the air heater will be active before entering 2K
Ignition1 is how much of the resulting time of 1K (3 min) the pellets will be fed into the burner. 100% means all the 3 min before entering 2K
Time2 is how long time time after the start of 1K the program will jump into 2K
Start phase2 50% means the feeding through 2K will be 50% of the time
Time3 I do not know for sure. Maybe the time after the start of 2K the program will enter 4K
As soon as the photo cell detects a flame the program will jump into 5K. This could happen any time during 1K through 4K
Time5 is how long time the hotbed will burn with the fan activated but without feeding
Time6 is how much time after entering 5K the fan will start again
Start phase6 is how much of the time the feeding will be activated during 6K
Time7 is how long time after starting 5K the coldstart will finish. The time between 6K and finish is called 7K
Time1V is how long time the burner will feed pellets before finishing a hot start. No fan is active during a hot start
Time1S is how long time after a complete burning cycle the fan will be active
This was a long explanation. I hope i got everything right.
As I thought the burner was waiting to long in 7K waiting for the hotbed to be evenly heated I have shorted down the default value for Time7 to 8 min instead of 10 min. This has worked fine and the burner is now starting faster.
I have also noticed that the cup is often overfilled with pellets during a cold start. Therefore I am thinking of shortening Time1 to 2 min instead of 3 min. Maybe this was an answer for your question Libi?

Yippie! Just through it over the mountains to tyrol!
By the way:
Now i think to know, why there are so much pellets in the burners-bowl after a cold startup:
All the sintered material and ash must be transported out of the burner.
If the bowl would be filled only by half, there is always some ash and sintered material inside, which would disturb the burning process (and close the air outlets)

I asked Thermia about this entry in the menu. Thay answered that it was no functionality, just for test.ctctotal skrev:A new question about the menues

Is it for the shunt-automatic?
