PX21 does not start (no flame, but pellets and fan work)

I got a PX21, almost 2 years now.
Before I sometimes got it in alarm (red light), but after restarting it, it went fine.
Since 2 days there are problems.
It starts up, takes pellets, the fan starts, I hear a buzz sometimes, but after +-30minutes, it goes off.
It takes alot of pellets (after 2 times up to the metal inlet), but none get lit (no flame). I tried with some paper in the burner, but no flame, tried with the door open, so the air could flow, no luck.

Anyone got an idea?

It starts when you restarting it you say!..=i think you have like many others to small startdoze.. 3.5-4 dl they recommended..
If you dont have any burn =you have Broken burning element...

Just check if htere are evidence for burning or not on the pellets. If not, it is most likely the heating element. You can then run the burner by manual start (ex kerosene + matches) while waiting for a new element.
If you want to be really sure if the heating element is broken, you can measure the resistance on it but I'm not 100% sure of the value sitting here by the computor.
Two year without changing heating element is OK from my perspective, I have to change a little less than yearly.

It was the heating element.
Changed that and it's running again.
