a friend of me needs your help:

He has a A3 burner and gets an error caused by the the extern matning skrew.


Problem: The burner gets to less pellets through the extern matning skrew.
Where can he adjust the amount of pellets or time of extern pelletfeeding?

Is it the start amount we are talking about or the continuous feeding of pellet?

it´s the continous feeding - when the burner is running.

I had the same problem and after some fault tracing, I found "wood-dirt" in front of the LED and photo-resistor. The "wood-dirt" is stopping the light from reaching the photo-resistor so the control thinkts the burner is full.

The error is easy to fix by removing and cleaning the LED, photoresistor and its holes.
