I found it yesterday in the ashbox, while cleaning the burner

I am thinking about how to repair it, after the heating season.
Shall i renew or repair it...

Any comments?

is it a old burner?

burner has run 980 hours now. with 60% power (= 30 kW)

i clean it only with a spoon and a vacuum-cleaner. not with a hammer.

i guess it broke, because it got too hot at this place, although i always removed sintered material (very less)

and i am quite sure, that was the reason for the "opto sensor warnings" i had a few times. because the burner could not keep the pellets glowing with this hole in his cheek

I think you should demand a new burner cup on the warranty

Today i received a email from thermia.fi, where they say,

i will get a new burner bowl for free (warranty)
they´ll send it to my home adress.

This morning i got my new bowl from my austrian dealer.
I find it´s a very fast service!

Then mounted it and have new optimism to get rid of these optosensor alarms now
